Hello, 

Moroccan player here. I've been having the worst ping lately, ranging from 90ms to 150ms. While other players have like 15ms pings. Yeah you can imagine who's winning all those 50/50 fights.

The game either connects me to 'west europe' or the 'north europe' servers.

I have Maroc telecom 100mB fiber, using wired not wifi, opened ports tcp ports: 13000, 13005, 13200, 14000, 14001, 14008, 14020-14024,27015,27036  and udp ports: 3074,6015,10000-10090, 27015, 27031-27036. 

And updated all my drivers, disabled every ethernet powersaving option.

Can you please fix your servers? It's ridiculous at this point, your "west europe" server (it's actually a North europe server with a Fake Name) says i'm having 90ms ping. While previously i had 40ms on the real west europe server.

I'm getting 40ms on Rocket League, and i'm getting a wooping 19ms in Valorant thanks to that juicy Madrid server. Take notes ubisoft.

But i don't wanna play Valorant, the game i enjoy is Siege, but i can't because of this unprofessional behaviour!

And please don't repond with that Copypasta "we're sorry you're having trouble we don't have any solution for your problem

Be actually Porfessional, take actions and fix the problem Asap.

You can also try manually changing the server to a different one by following the steps here if there are others more suitable for your location:

If you go through the steps in the link above to change datacenter and don't see the line "DataCenterHint=playfab/default" please copy and paste that on a new line and save the file, then try again.

If you need further support, we'll need you to contact us with images of your port forwarding and your system files so we can look further into it for you. You can send us those on the links below and just mention what you have already tried so it doesn't get suggested again.
