I've been playing R6 siege since Buck and Frost came out, and in the past few seasons I've been playing against players using modifications, mouse and keyboard, or are way too good above my skill. I've been constantly teamed up with players who are below my skill range and I'm to the point where I believe Ubisoft is only in it for people who resort to tampering the servers, using other forms of unfair cheating, and I'm getting this weird feeling that you're encouraging me to do the same? I've reported hackers and I recently ran into them again. I'm flattered that even when I went from gold to borderline bronze and silver, that I'd still be matched against these unfair players. But it's getting annoying to find that I'll be out against terrible odds and your servers believe I belong in some ridiculous low rank because of it. So tell me, when are you gonna really fix this issue? I've reported the same hackers who messaged me in the past to surrender or they'll keep hacking my connection. And I'm beginning to believe you condone players tampering with someone's private internet connection. Your report system does not work, and your matchmaking is flawed. I can't voice my frustrations without being ridiculed by players and viewers or people on forums such as this. You created a very toxic community despite how fair it appears. What am I supposed to do that doesn't resort to using cheating up to including hacking, cause I'd rather play it normally with a controller? Cause it will not help at all to report or squad up with players at this point. I shouldn't be pinned against plats or cheaters, but the friendly team will be new to the game or lesser skill based ranking.

Hello!

I'm sorry to hear you've experienced a lot of possible M&K usage, as well as DDOSing.

We of course understand that DDOSing still occurs, despite the strong countermeasures that have been implemented. We recognise that this is an ongoing battle and we're very transparent about the community's top concerns here: https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/game/r...aRhQwghjStqn2/

Regarding mouse & keyboard - This is a complex topic involving hardware, live services, and security. We are working to deliver a global and reliable solution for detection but do not have more info yet as investigations are ongoing.

Thank you!
