i live on the east coast of florida and its connecting me to the data center in south central US started 2 weeks ago after the update

You can do this by unplugging your console from the wall, waiting at least two minutes, then plugging it back in and restarting your game. Afterward, I would strongly suggest completing our connectivity guide in full -- including port forwarding. This will ensure that your connection to the game's online services is completely optimized and is not being interrupted. Ultimately, this will help get you connected to the correct datacenter!
