[2023] Bug cannot play the game on Steam (linked acc)

Hi i have a problem i have a bad english but ill do my best :

I bought R6 on my PC, but i already had an account on Playstation but i didnt remember the Ubisoft acc that was linked with the one on the PS4, so when i bought the PC R6 i linked it to a new account and when i tried to log out and play on Steam with my Ubisoft acc that is linked on PS acc i cannot because :
