I was charged twice for buying 1 1200 pack of r6 credits. The credits have been taken away from me but I haven't gotten my money back or any type of compensation.

This is something you'll want to bring up to Ubisoft Support about. There, unfortunately, isn't much we can do at all here on the forums.
