Whether you are brand new to siege or a couple weeks in, here are a list of things i wish people told me when i started.
1. If they have ttv or YT in their name 98% of the time they aren't that good. Dont be intimidated if they are a streamer, that does not correlate game skill.
2. You are going to get kicked for no reason in games. There is not reason, people just suck.
3. You are going to be called racist and idiotic names. - reported them, thats all you can do.
4.Mute people - easiest way to not interact.
5. People will leave every type of game whether casual, newcomer, or ranked. It sucks.
6. You are going to suck for the first 500 games. Dont be discouraged, this game is HARD.
7. Learn the maps - custom games and youtube videos are nice. Also they have maps you can find online.
8. You are going to be TKed.... A LOT. no way to help it. It sucks, but carry on.
9. Find a group you can consistently play with. This will help you SO MUCH. - go to rb6 discord. There are thousands of people there.
10. Ranks mean nothing. There are plenty of potato aimers at ALL levels. - work on your craft.
11. Run and gun not your style? - great!! Be a support player!! Use your drone!!!
12. THIS GAME IS HARD.
13. Have fun. thats the point to this game.
14. If you are on console. PEOPLE WILL USE Mouse and Keyboards. Nothing you can do about it and i doubt anything will ever be done about it.
