For as long as I can remember I've had the same reoccurring issues, The issue is I will get around 40-60 fps until I restart my game, it then shoots to 200 until my next match to which I have to do the same thing, I've tried almost everything, updated drivers, windows, cleaning out pc, launch commands, everything. I have an i3-8100, GTX 1660Super, 16gb. I appreciate all the help I can get as I just want to enjoy the game like everyone else
