[2023] Unfair Player Abandonment Sanctions

Need to Fix this Can't Play Ranked now and Penalty's on renown for no fault of my own there no reason for it not being able to people who Abandon the Match and Leave and people who Disconnect come on this needs to be fixed at the very least addressed its really a negative impact on honest people who trying to play the game.
