[2023] Problem with the data transfer

Hi !
I try to transfer all the data from my Xbox one profile to my ps5 profile, but it says that i got level 0 I don’t know why
My username is SanAce98, can you please verify what the problem is ?
Even the Ubisoft website says that I’m level 0 but it’s way impossible but if you check my username on the website r6 tracker I’m level 174, so sincerely i don’t know what happened
