When playing a game on UAE North, I regularly encounter lobbies that quickly become unplayable and remove me from the match. After I am removed I am rarely able to join back and eventually I lose the elo for the game and end up getting an abandon sanction that has recently ramped up to several hours. Sometimes I receive an error code and other times I am just told that the connection to the servers has failed. This is not something that has to do with the quality of my wifi connection as it seems that all my teammates experience the same thing and my ping remains stable. This is an extremely frustrating scenario to be in as nearly half of my games encounter this issue and makes winning games and even playing the game impossible along with that I am punished for the poor quality of the server that I am playing on. I wonder whether this is just a MENA thing or whether other servers also experience this issue and if Ubisoft staff is aware of this issue as after I contacted an agent I was told consistently that this must have been an issue with my connection and told me that Ubisoft was not aware of an issue that has persisted for the length of the season.

We are aware of issues with MENA servers and these issues are under investigation at the moment. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused as we're working on getting these resolved.
