So that we could get a better idea about the issue you're having as well as what may be possible causing it, can I ask you to clarify the following:

1. Does this issue persist in every single game/mode whenever you kill/injure someone?
2. Did you notice any consistencies that may be related to it, such as whether issue occurs in particular map or when any particular operator is selected?
3. What connection are you using - ethernet or Wi-Fi?
4. Do you happen to have video footage of this by any chance? If so, share the link with us and we will have a look.

So that we could get a better idea about this, may I ask you to advise us the following:

1. Did this happen in every single game you've queued up?
2. Does issue occur if you're playing solo?
3. What exactly happens whilst you're queued up and your friends are joined? Are you still being placed in queue?
4. As far as the player who replaced you in the match and alpha pack - do you know if this happened in both of the instances?
5. Did issue start occurring since latest update?
