[2020] Having issues after going into the operator menu

Hello i have a problem, when i click in main menu on operator it does not want to load the operators in, and then when i click menu or anything else i can not see anything just the background. i tried restarting the games five times and even verifying the Integrity of the files.

If you can help me thanks.

Sounds like it may have been a corrupted file like you say, thanks for getting back to us and letting us know, in case any other players encounter the same problem.
