Im having an issue when I try to buy r6 credits I get an error message saying try again later. I checked my email and all, nothing showing up.

Hi @sekterr thanks for reaching out. I see you may have gotten this resolved, but just in case you see any further issues, I can recommend a few things depending on the client used when purchasing:

  • While on Steam, you can try enabling the overlay for the game to ensure it opens during the checkout process.
  • For Steam you can also clear the web cache. Head to Settings -> Web Browser -> then 'Delete browser cache'
  • If you are purchasing on Ubisoft Connect instead please clear the cache folder while the application is closed. Most commonly you can find the cache folder here:  Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher
