So I just played a ranked game and we won 4 - 2 and when it brought you to the elo screen it said I had lost -26 elo. I messaged my teammates to see if they lost elo but they didn't. So basically Im asking if there is anyway to get the elo back which is around 56 elo if you include the elo I lost and the 32 I was suppose to get. If you need proof of me winning the game and then it saying I lost elo I have it. Also I can confirm that there were no hackers in my game.

Welcome to the forums. Rewarded ELO is not just based on winning or losing a game, it is based on your teamwork within the match itself. If you team killed, did not defend or were not a team player you may find you lose ELO.
Could you provide the proof that you have please?
