Would you please be able to let us know some details, so that we can best advise how to avoid this in future? When this crash occurred, were you:

• Disconnected and taken to the main menu?
• Disconnected and then sent to your PC desktop?
• Frozen and unable to interact with the game, before then being disconnected?

Can you also let us know if you've experienced the same thing again since you created this post, and if you happened to note down any error messages?
