[2020] Mmr rollbacks for console?

So i had started an ubi support ticket last week featuring video of me playing against a dos cheater and submitted evidence of the guy admitting to commiting the act against me. I mean, the guy admitted to cheating through a dos service. He sent me a message that i forwarded to the ubi ticket of him admitting to committing a federal crime.

When can i over here on console expect mmr rollbacks. I expected, at bare minimum, that one to come back promptly. This season alone i have reported 5 or 6 suspected cheaters and have not once gotten anything back.

Can an ubi forum mod please forward this higher up the chain ad nauseum? Can ubi please put console on a priority just once. Just for a little bit?

Secondly, I appreciate you reporting these players and ultimately helping to improve Siege's in-game community. Our team works extremely hard to make the game fun and fair for everyone, and any help we can get from the community is greatly appreciated! As for the MMR rollback, this is an automatic system that Support cannot control. That being said, I'm not able to speculate on when or if this may take place. Support also is not able to manually adjust rank or restore lost ranked points. I understand this can be frustrating, but I can certainly pass your comments along to the relevant team for further review. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
