So I've been playing on PC since Wind Bastion, which I'm unsure I even got ranked in but I'm sure I got ranked in Burnt Horizon, although I didn't get the charm. I left mid Burnt Horizon and came back on Void Edge only to not have the charm. Did my account get banned for some reason? If you are a mod please look into this. I played Burnt Horizon for the charm knowing that the game was getting boring and if I did come back I would have it.

Some players continue to request past Seasonal Charms to our Support Teams. While we understand the desire to obtain earlier Seasonal Rank Charms, Customer Support will only be able to compensate for any errors in the previous Season. I do apologise about the inconvenience.
