Hi,
I received a 15 days ban due to cheating, I didn't cheat and I was surprised yesterday when all my friends told me that I was banned by Battleye and after I did login into my account a message did popup and I am banned for 15 days due to cheating.
any idea why did I get banned? and how can I lift it?
I have already contacted the support and they told me that I have to wait for 15 days they can't do anything. Totally not acceptable because I didn't cheat.
Now My steam account show that I have 1 in game ban which is the ban from yesterday. this really has given me and caused a lot of damages, which can be proven as well.
Please someone forward this to your security Team to lift the ban.
