[2022] Regarding purchasing game editions for Siege

Hello!

I would just like to ask, will I be able to get the contents of the Operator Edition for Rainbow Six Siege if I bought it from Epic Games, but got the base game from Xbox Game Pass Ultimate rewards? From what I understand, if I link my Epic Games account to the Ubisoft account I have used for Rainbow Six Siege from XGPU, I will get the content from Epic Games directly into my Ubisoft Connect account, right?
