[2020] [Crash/Freeze]Can’t get on game

When I tried to load up the game it just gets stuck on the Tom Clancys Rainbow Six Siege screen and doesnt move. I have tried restarting console, unplugging from internet and restarted game multiple times however, it stays on the same screen every time. I also checked to see if the disk was dirty and cleaned it. Also, there is no crash it just stays in that screen for ages (about 20 minutes now) there is no error code either.
