[2021] In-Game Voice Chat Randomly Doesn't Work

Since the Crimson Heist season started, I've been having random issues where the in-game voice chat doesn't appear to work. My in-game voice chat is set to push-to-talk, and pressing the button doesn't always register (and therefore my teammates won't hear me). Also, sometimes I am unable to hear in-game voice chat from my teammates, because I can hear my friends through Discord that they are talking to our random teammates, but I can't hear any team voice chat in-game. It's random what works and doesn't, and it doesn't appear to have a pattern. The problem seems to last a full match, then I'm rolling the dice on in-game voice chat working on the next match. Sometimes, both my voice and teammates' voice works for me. The occurrence is definitely frequent. Any suggestions?
