[2022] Statistics not syncing for my PS4 matches played - website and mobile app

To recap this issue >

• You are playing on PS4
• You are trying to achieve a Back in the Day trophy (Play 10 rounds with an original Attack Operator in Quick Match/Ranked Multiplayer)
• You are trying to achieve a First Class Defence (Play 10 rounds with an original Defense Operator in Quick Match/Ranked Multiplayer)

• The stats on your mobile app do not display at all - have you tried seeing if the app needs updating or reinstalling?
• Can you let us know what mobile device it is you are using and its operating system number? Such as Android12 or iso16

• The website does not update either and the matches played, do not match the matches played you have been noting down personally?
