If you or your friends need to wait longer than 5 minutes for a match we recommend quitting the game and restarting your router to re-establish your connection to our servers, as it shouldn't ideally take longer than 5 minutes to find a game.

Sometimes this reconnect issue can happen after dropping out from a game, the game will freeze and you may need to restart your game and router, which could also result in an abandon sanction for sometimes 30 minutes, I apologize if this affects you after you restarted the game.
