What is ubi doing?! Its been almost a month and this fundamental issue has not been fixed, they give the same copy-pasted response while not providing any information, I´m honestly baffled as to how this happens in the first place but it is ridicolous and insulting that after having so much time this major problem endures and barely any updates have been given
