Hi all, I need help regarding a possible account breach that has led to a permanent ban.
I have just attempted to play Rainbow Six Siege, and I have noticed that my account has been permanently banned for cheating.
This is ludicrous.
Upon further investigation, I have found that I received an email from Ubisoft stating that my account had been accessed from the United States whilst I was sleeping. I have also checked my account replays and found that a person had been using my account, possibly to cheat.
I have appealed to Ubisoft, sending them all of the evidence that I have to try and get my account unbanned.
I am wondering has anyone had a similar experience? And has their appeal been successful?
