We can certainly look into that for you but you will need to create a support case. Once the case is open if I can ask you to attach screenshots showing that you have exceeded the tiers and you haven't received the rewards. You can reach us either through the support website by opening a live chat session or alternatively through our social media accounts on Facebook and Twitter and they will be able to create a support case for you.
