[2020] my game gets stuck at connecting to r6 servers

so i reinstalled the game after a few months and when i ran it i noticed that i was stuck at the loading screen.

it just says connecting to r6 servers and the circle at the bottom left keeps spinning but nothing happens.

so now i cannot play my game because of this . I have tried all connectivity troubleshooting steps nothing seems to work

i even tried submitting a support ticket but looks like that its unavailable to submit it rn.

please I need some help , i really wanna play this game
