This behaviour would indeed be against the Rainbow Six: Siege Code of Conduct.
It wouldn't result in an immediate ban per say, as this would depend on the account history and previous sanctions, if any.
However if said player is found to be griefing in this manner, they'll be sanctioned accordingly.
