I was playing ranked and on the last round I plugged in my controller and it turned it off, when I turned it back on I was unable to get rid of the (controller disconnected) screen which resulted in me being kicked and shortly after that my team won the game giving me a 2 hour ban and taking away 77 MMR from my last placement match

I am sorry to hear you received the Temporary ban in game. Unfortunately, the temporary bans can not be lifted.
MMR rollback occurs when players you've encountered in Ranked matches are identified as cheaters—in this case, they were DDoS-ing. Your MMR gets readjusted accordingly to cancel out the cheaters' effect on the affected games.
