we are stuck in queue and it says we are in a game but we arent actually in it just can see each other in chat. And if we try and leave it says ee will get abandon penalty and lose mmr plz help

Are you able to screenshot what is happening or record it on a video clip for us to view?
A similar thing happened recently to another player who waited in the match, then afterwards it reported that the player was banned due to cheating/hacking.
