Siege is terrible at the moment. Loads of bugs. Unbearable lag spikes. Everyone seems to be crashing including myself which I have now had a 30 min ban, 1 hour ban, 2 hour ban and now a 24 hour ban because of my game crashing.

It's got to the point that I have now sadly had to tell all my Siege squad that I will be quitting due to the constant unreliability of the game. Yes I will come back once or if the game gets fixed but until then I am waving goodbye. It's a shame to let go of a game that I have always loved since I played it in January 2017 on my free weekend trial, but I would rather quit now before I hate the game .

It may be just me but recently I feel the developers haven't been working as hard and aren't fulfilling their promises. We were promised that the core of the game would be repaired and major bugs being fixed, but it just seems to be getting worse by the day. There are also a lot more smurfs which are ruining the game. Putting the ranked limit from lvl 30 to lvl 50 wasn't a big enough increase.

I also feel that they have given themselves too big of a task. Sticking with one game for over 4 years must be very repetitive and boring for the developers. Then saying they want to get to 100 operators is just an insane amount of time put into a single game. Sadly sometimes the best thing to do with something you love is to let it go and that's what I think the developers want to do, but they don't want to upset the fans. If the game was to end now It would already have an incredible history and will go down as one of the best games created.

Anyway I hope to play the game soon if it gets fixed but until then goodbye Siege its been a blast!

Hey Kenie! I absolutely understand the frustration and the feeling of wanting to take a break from the game. We are definitely hard at work fixing some of the more complex and nuanced issues of Siege, and are aware of a lot of the hard-set issues that you are referencing. The core game changes were outlined as coming in S3 and S4 in our Y5 roadmap, but of course, a lot of thing have gotten thrown a little out of whack due to the pandemic. Smurfs are something we are actively looking at, which we have talked about a bit, but can be a huge point of anger for the community, which we do understand.

Ultimately, I wish you the best of luck in taking your break from Siege and hope to see you back soon!
