So I just purchased the Emerald skin and now It's not showing up in my skins anywhere and I looked everywhere and have relaunched the game several times and it still isn't there I was wondering if there is a fix or help I have the receipt for it and It says its purchased.

It can take up to 24hrs from the point of purchase for digital content to be delivered, so please allow this time for your skin to be added to your account.
If after 24hrs, the skin is still not available in-game, please contact us through our Support Site or Facebook and Twitter with clear Proof of Purchase so we can take a closer look.
