hey, so almost 4 days ago played against a team of hackers and I told them to get a life and and asked them why they wanna hack and they told me to wait and see. I am 90% sure they have all report me and my team mate in that round for hacking I don't know why I got hacked I don't hack in this game nor in any other games.....cause I don't want to simply spent money on hacks I think its stupid and something that people should stop doing I even raised a ticket on the Ubisoft support and even after 4 days I haven't got a single response....I am sure if you guys check your logs you will see I haven't hacked and yet I am the one who got perma banned....you guys need a better reporting system and a better analysis system
Hey toxicchut, thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear about what happened.
First and foremost - if others players report you for cheating and you're not using any additional software to do so, regardless of how many reports you receive, you will never receive a suspension. If however you are found to be using something , suspension will take place immediately.
I can see that you've submitted a case for your ban appeal and we're happy to look into it for you, however as we will be unable to discuss the outcome of this via forums, I would like to ask you to keep the communication via the case itself and we will get back to you!
