This season the devs have decided to add a wonderful round 1 surrender and a new update on top of that. As a result of the new update my PC which meets all requirements, has been troubleshooted with all the help of google I could muster and still have yet to find a solution. I crashed maybe once or twice when playing for over a hundred hours on PC and this new season appears to be the root of all my problems. Its simply infuriating that I spend money on the battlepass after a 2 season break and find myself unable to play and getting BANNED and losing 400+ elo for crashing repeatedly and being unable to rejoin because the game is over. Not only do i almost always crash at least once during every game I have a 24 hr ban and I lost any chance at going far this season. Ubisoft needs to fix their new problems sooner or refund the battle pass for users that are experiencing difficulty. Put the game back in beta if its too hard to handle smh. This is worse than last seasons glitch that prevented people from rejoining after a game crash no matter how many times they tried to join back.

Welcome to the forums. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing these crashing issues and as a result receiving abandonment penalties.
I completely understand how frustrating this must be and we do want to help you get this sorted. I understand that you have already done some troubleshooting but can I ask you to try the following:
Run the game with ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS.
Verify your game files.
It is possible that the installation of your game is faulty. To fix this, please verify your game files:
UPLAY
EPIC GAMES LAUNCHER
STEAM
Disable Background Applications.
Make sure your OPERATING SYSTEM is UP TO DATE.
Reinstall Uplay.
Update your GPU Drivers:
AMD
NVIDIA
Should the issues persist after completing the above steps, please GET IN TOUCH, attaching DXDIAG and MSINFO reports to your SUPPORT CASE.
