[2023] Changing ubisoft account on steam R6

Hey,

I purchased Rainbow Six Siege and played a couple of games. Later I realized that I linked my wrong ubisoft account. I changed to the account where I have the progress from my Playstations R6 but now when I try to open the game on steam it keeps complaining about Ownership authentication error. Can I change to my old account that has the progress from my playstation?
