Hi, today I started to playing r6, but when i'm in a match audio literally disappears . When I'm in the menu, the audio returns to work.
I use bluetooth earphones. Any way to fix it?
Thank you!

Hey! The problem may be due to having your audio card set to output higher than 48000 Hz. To change this:

1. Go into the Control Panel and click "Sound".
2. Highlight your Speakers, and click "Properties".
3. Go to the Advanced tab and bring down the "Default Format" drop down menu.
4. Select either 16-bit 48000 Hz, or 24-bit 48000 Hz and save the changes.

Try running the game again. You should now have sound in the game.

@marco_jordano Thank you for getting back to us. This does seem rather strange. Would you be able to take a video of this issue please?

@marco_jordano Brilliant to hear that this is now sorted. It sounds like some background application may have been interfering.

If you need anything else please reach back out.
