[2021] [Missing Content]Missing Esports pack

Hey, in the recent Twitch drops they gave out 3 Esports packs, if you watched the live streams for 12hrs in total. I did this, but I haven't received the 3rd pack. I linked my account in Twitch and I linked my profiles on the Ubisoft drops website after I claimed the 1st pack. Yes it said that I should have linked the profile on the Ubisoft website before claiming the pack, but I missed this information. Will I still be able to claim this 3rd pack somehow? If a mod or someone that can get me this pack needs proof that I have claimed this pack on Twitch, I can send a screenshot. Thanks!
