Hey all, I've tried to submit this case many times, but when I do I get no responses back and when I check my cases I see no cases in closed nor opened. Im completely fed up, It's been around 2 months and I'm now trying the forums if a support member could possibly help me out. I can describe my case and everything on discussions here which seems easier.
