[2020] Audio bugs experienced in game? | POST HERE! (Updated March 2021)

Hi everyone, thanks for visiting this post on audio issues.

To differentiate what audio issues each player is having could you please let us know the following and answer the questions in a bullet point format so we can clearly pass this information onto our QA team.

1. What audio issue have you experienced? (Please give a descriptive title)

(Intermittent completely missing audio, displaced audio - as in hearing sound effects from far away you should not be able to hear, missing audio channels - as in no gunfire sounds or missing footsteps, another audio issue entirely?)

2. What was the exact time and date this last happened to you and timezone? (Very important to be as precise as possible please)

3. What game mode has this affected you on? (Please try all game modes to be sure)

4. What platform are you playing on?

5. What headphones/sound bar/tv speakers do you use?

If you believe the issue you are reporting is a new audio bug, please make sure to post a video clip of this, you have personally captured.

Please upload this clip to a video hosting website such as Imgur or Youtube and the like, then send us a link to view it please in the thread.

So far, the new audio reports seemed to be mainly affecting our console players at first, if you can help us by providing the information listed above, we may be able to fix these latest audio issues sooner.

Thank you for your report too ultrabrowndog, I have added this to our investigation on Training Grounds missing audio. If possible can you remember the exact time, date and timezone when this last affected you so I can add this to the report also? Thank you

Hey IlIlIIllIllIIII thanks for your report on the displaced audio you have been experienced and I apologize that you invested in another headset thinking that this was the issue.

Are you able to tell me the date and time of when this last affected you? Does it affect you when you play with friends or just solo? Do you notice it affecting any particular maps in general or any kind of pattern such as various operators or weapons you have equipped?
