Hi, I've had connection issues where I would start games and about half way through, my connection becomes so bad that I can't move and I get kicked out of ranked. I've now been banned for 24 hours all because of this and I was hoping to get it reversed somehow? Unless it can't then I don't think I can play this game any longer because I don't think I should be banned because my Internet all of a sudden isn't good enough, there wouldn't be any point because I'll end up getting banned for weeks for this reason.

In relation to your temporary suspension - it is issued by the server-side if you're unable to return to the game before it's concluded and I am afraid it's not something our Support team is able to overturn at this moment in time.
Going forward, if you have been experiencing issues in the past then it is likely that it will continue, therefore in order to minimise the possibility of it and establish the best possible connection to game servers, I'd recommend you to try completing steps outlined in the following article, and see if it helps.
