Hi, good afternoon, I was playing Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege and suddenly my light went out while I was playing a no-place match, and when I came back to try to reconnect it appeared that Ubisoft Connect had failed to connect and I couldn't. no way to enter the match again, which ended up resulting in an unfair 48 hour ban. I hope you let me out please (I want to play this game again with my friends).
