I was playing a game of rainbow six siege when my friend asked me which operator I got from the holiday pack. However I didn't get the holiday pack. I double checked and it is still not there. I am sure that I haven't opened it. Can it maybe be added to my account?

Hey there.

I have taken a look over your account and sadly, you are not eligible to receive a holiday pack. To be eligible for the pack you needed to connect to Rainbow Six: Siege at least once between the 17/12 and 05/01 and unfortunately no logins were made to Siege during this period on this account. Sorry to have to be the bearer of bad news in this situation!
