[2021] Okay, tell me what happened here

Below is a link to some CONSOLE gameplay (PS4). I'm overwhelmingly curious as to how I was killed here. Please closely observe, and help me out...so I might avoid this in the future.

Also note that I'm playing as Mute, and both doorways are jammed for drones in the meeting room. I also don't see yellow pings (or red ones) in my killcam.
