[2021] [Issue Not Listed]I was banned for cheating

The title does not do this forum post justice, I was banned for cheating maybe a year ago now, I do not believe this ban is correct as I did not cheat (cliche I know) I think it could of been a false bas as I had well over 1000 hours on console so had already know a lot about the game, so when I transitioned to PC I was low level but knew how to play well and when you beat someone on siege it doesn't normally go well, I know if tried my hardest I wasn't going to be unbanned as i had made multiple cases on this and each of them being denied, but for some reason Ubisoft wont tell me the reason why i was banned so im left in the dark wanting to play a game that for all I know I could be falsely banned

TL;DR
I think my ban is more for smurfing that cheating but is unfair
