Hi I know that this post is from a while back but I have been having this issue for a long time, I had previously opened a ticket with ubisoft support however their only advice was related to network problems. I tried to act on all their suggestions but nothing worked. In addition I can confirm that this issue is not linked to network connectivity, isp, region, or system because I have tried this on both my laptop and desktop in different countries and still get the issue. Another thing is that according to my friends that are with me in game when I get kicked it says that I was kicked by battleye but for me it just says that I was disconnected. This issue literally makes the game unplayable I hope that it is resolved because otherwise I cannot use a product that I have payed for

Do you happen to see any error codes such as 2-0x0000D00C when you are disconnected, then unable to reconnect?

If this is happening to you on a regular basis I would recommend the following >

  1. Disable any VPN software you may be using
  2. Disable any background programs that you may be using, other than the game itself and launcher (if using PC)
  3. Try connecting to a different datacentre to see if you can improve your connection (if using PC) > https://ubi.li/5aG7a
  4. Try the following troubleshooting steps for your platform >


Should not of these steps work, as you have already opened a support case with us to no avail, you may need to reach out to your ISP provider for further troubleshooting steps you can try.
