I recently purchased R6 for my Xbox and it's been 4 days, and I cannot get a single game match. I've tried all sorts of things :

Trying at different times.
Cancelling and again queuing.
Stayed in the queue for 60 mins.


Server - East Asia

Console - Xbox S with game pass ultimate.



I am able to play other games such as Battlefield 4 and Tekken 7 in multiplayer mode.

I have tried with NAT - Open as well as Moderate.



Any help would be highly appreciated. I am playing this game after almost 6 years and want to relive those great days!

Hey there @g89ozb , thanks very much for getting in touch about this. I'm sorry to hear you've not been able to find a match in Siege - that sounds most frustrating 😞 I'll be happy to help with this.

What you've described sure sounds like a connectivity issue, so it's good to hear you've already performed some connectivity troubleshooting. Your NAT should be open, so it's unfortunate that hasn't already solved it. Can you check our dedicated Siege connectivity guide for Series S for me? In particular, make sure you've given your console and network hardware a full power-cycle, you've tested with a wired connection (at least temporarily, to rule it out as an issue), and you've worked with your ISP to get their help with turning on UPnP and opening the recommended ports.

If the issue persists after those steps, please let me know - I'll have some further ideas to try to help get you into the game and playing again 🙂
