When you contact us, please remember to give us the following information -
- Mention DDoS when contacting us
- Tell us the game you were playing and what platform?
- Exact time and date of match when this happened
- Suspected hacker names
- Any video clips of the match showing you being disconnected / A picture of the Leaderboard showing who was disconnected
- Your Ubisoft ID
Once you can provide us with all of this information we will be happy to pass this onto our security team from there.
