[2021] 1 R6 Credit missing for Battlepass purchase :(

Hello dear Ubisoft Team, hereby I am coming to you with a problem that I am currently facing. I had already contacted support but they nicely forwarded me to this Forum. I posess 1199 R6 Credits and am unable to buy a Battlepass for 1200 which I had grinded to Level 110 I see this as the last thing I can do so if I could please get one so I could fulfill this purchase. I came back to R6 after a break and do not remember how I lost one Credit so if it would be possible to revert it or likewise I would be very grateful.. I thank you in advance and wish you a good day.
