Could you share a few details with us on exactly what is happening when the 'launcher bugs out' so that we can take a closer look for you?
We're sorry to hear about the game crash, followed by a 2-hour sanction. Ubisoft Support are not able to remove any sanctions applied by our automated system, regrettably. We can help troubleshoot this crashing, however, to help prevent any further sanctions. Could you please follow our PC troubleshooting steps here? These steps can also help us to narrow down the cause of the crashes, should the problem remain after trying them.
