Have seen others post about this issue as well, both console and PC - roughly all starting about 1-2 weeks ago. When attempting to purchase an in-game alpha pack with Renown, the message appears in red "1 Pack: Unlock Failed!"

Have already reinstalled the game and restored licenses to no avail.

I am playing on the Playstation 5 and as previously mentioned, this issue began a little over a week ago. Never has this issue on the PS4 (in fact I even reinstalled the game on that console and restored licenses there, as well, with once again no luck)

At this point I have no idea how to address this problem. Please help!

Hello OreoMcFlurryUwU, thanks for posting about this. In order to check your account for any content granted we would need you to get in touch with us directly about your account.

If you can tell us what kind of Alpha pack you opened at the time, as well as the date you tried to open this, we have a record of all alpha packs granted on a players accounts and when we can check for you.
